How to Apply:

1. Prepare Your Skin: Ensure your skin is clean and dry. Avoid using lotions, oils, or powders on the area where you’ll apply the bra pads, as these can affect the adhesive’s effectiveness.
2. Position the Pads: Gently peel off the protective backing from one side of the pad. Position the pad on your breast, starting from the bottom and pressing upwards to create a natural lift. Adjust as needed for your desired placement.
3. Secure the Pads: Once the pad is positioned correctly on your skin, press firmly to secure it in place. Repeat the process with the second pad.
4. Adhere to Clothing (If Desired): For additional security, you can peel off the backing from the other side of the pads and gently press them against the inside of your clothing. This ensures they stay in place, even during movement.
5. Removal and Care: To remove, gently peel the pads away from your skin and wash them with Tabare Cleanser or mild soap and water. Allow them to air dry completely before storing them in their protective case.

1. Gently remove the insert away from your skin, starting at one side and pulling slowly to avoid irritation.
2. Remove the insert from the fabric.
3. You can was the inserts with the Tabare Cleanser or another mild cleanser.
4. Allow to completely air dry before storing.

Care Instructions:

1. Rinse the adhesive side with lukewarm water and our Tabare Cleanser or mild soap after each use to maintain stickiness.
2. Allow the inserts to air dry adhesive-side up before storing them back in their protective case.
