How To Use

How to Wear:

Start with clean, dry skin and fabric free of lotions, oils, or powders for the best adhesion.
Peel off one side of the protective backing from the tape.
Apply the sticky side directly to your skin or garment where support is needed.
Remove the second backing strip and press the fabric onto the exposed adhesive, smoothing out any wrinkles.

Caution: Do not use on sensitive, irritated, or sunburned skin. If the tape burns, remove it immediately.

Gently peel the fabric away from the tape, starting at one edge.
Slowly lift the tape off your skin, pulling in the direction of hair growth to avoid discomfort.
Dispose of used tape.
