How To Use

How to Use Tabare Body Tape:

  • Ensure the area where you’ll apply the tape is clean and dry. Avoid using oils, lotions, or powders beforehand, as they can affect the adhesive.
  • Measure and cut the tape to your desired length. It’s flexible and can be customized to suit your outfit and body shape.
  • Remove the backing from the tape, then gently apply it to the skin. Start at the base and smooth it upward or in the direction you need for support. Apply in sections for larger areas, making sure to smooth out any wrinkles.
  • Once in place, press down firmly to ensure the adhesive sticks evenly to your skin.

Important Tips:

  • Perform a patch test before full application to ensure there are no reactions.
  • Do not apply to irritated, sunburned, or sensitive skin.
  • Avoid wearing it for more than 8 hours continuously.

How To Remove

How to Remove Tabare Body Tape:

  • Gently peel off the tape, starting from the edges. Pull the tape back on itself instead of away from your skin to minimize discomfort.
  • If the adhesive feels too strong, use Tabare Removal Oil or baby oil, coconut oil, or a mild adhesive remover. Gently rub it onto the edges of the tape to help loosen it before peeling.
  • Wash the area with warm water and soap to remove any remaining adhesive residue, and apply moisturizer to soothe the skin.

Sizing & Help

Available in three Sizes:

  • 2 inch -  Perfect for cup sizes A – C, and bra band sizes > 40.
  • 3 inch - Perfect for cup sizes D – DD, and bra band sizes > 40.
  • 4 inch - Perfect for size DD and larger and/or bra band sizes over 44 

Length for all sizes is approximately 16 ft long.
