Important Information:
To pre-test skin, you can cut a small area of tape and apply it to your skin for about two hours. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any irritation or itchiness during or after the test. Body Tape is not intended for use on the breast if lactating or breastfeeding. Also, we encourage you to cover the areola and nipple area with nipple covers or a medical bandage before placing the body tape over the breast. We also suggest not wearing it longer than 8 hours to prevent skin irritation from adhesive.

How to Use:

1. Clean and Dry: Ensure the application area is clean and dry.
2. Cut and Apply: Cut the desired length of tape from the roll. Remove the backing from one side and press the adhesive side onto your skin or fabric.
3. Peel and Stick: Remove the second backing and press the garment into place.
4. Adjust: Smooth out any wrinkles for a seamless finish.

How to Remove Tabare Body Tape:

1. Peel Slowly: Gently peel off the tape, starting from the edges. Pull the tape back on itself instead of away from your skin to minimize discomfort.
2. Soften with Oil: If the adhesive feels too strong, use Tabare Removal Oil or baby oil, coconut oil, or a mild adhesive remover. Gently rub it onto the edges of the tape to help loosen it before peeling.
3. Clean Skin After Removal: Wash the area with warm water and soap to remove any remaining adhesive residue.  You can also apply Tabare Removal Oil to soothe the skin.

Available in three Sizes:

• 2 inch -  Perfect for cup sizes A – C, and bra band sizes > 40.
• 3 inch - Perfect for cup sizes D – DD, and bra band sizes > 44.
• 4 inch - Perfect for size DD and larger and/or bra band sizes over 44 

Length for all sizes is approximately 16 ft long.
